The Tata Nano - The People S Automobile From India
Procuring (getting materials together) can be treasure hunt of sorts. Buying all the components can be quite expensive, so a good use of components from old lawn equipment is quite useful. You can get engines, and other great components off of a riding lawnmower. Some of the things that might need to be bought are clutches, chains, sprockets etc... Getting together at least 90% of the components is advised unless you want to be running back to the store and back and waste your time.
overhaul a care engine There is no need to change the overall physical appearance or the assembly of the body packaging, not unless you want to remodel your muscle autos. If you do so, your muscle cars would cease to be muscle cars and should be called through other names.
Obviously, this is the best possible result. It is also unrealistic. Even if you can't see anything, smoke is coming out. It has just been treated and lost its color. This is also why you never run the car in a closed space such as a garage. Very dangerous.
build a car engine You will need to know what's going on under the hood and this is where your gauges come in. Most basic EV builds use a high-voltage ammeter and voltage gauge (for traction pack voltage) and a low voltage gauge (12V system).
Using a HHO fuel cell to power my car would have a second effect adding to using less gas. HHO fuel have the ability to clean up the engine itself during the first few hundred miles and keep it clean. Therefore it increases engine power and gas millage, reducing fuel consumption a little bit more.
rebuild a car engine When I was designing go-karts I grew tired of having to calculate the drive line systems, California marginal tax rates so I put together a computer program and had it calculate for me. I made it pretty fancy at one point where you could insert horsepower and get out how insanely fast the go kart would go. Or I could do time trials with my go kart and calculate how much power my go kart actually had. So bottom line is do some sort of drive train analysis, or calculation.
If the engine has good compression but is hard starting usually what you have is a faulty carburetor or loose intake manifold. The vacuum leak caused by the loose intake manifold will cause the engine to only start when the choke is engaged. Tighten the intake manifold bolts.
